Health & Safety Reporting
UKPC wardens perform a health and safety check on site at regular intervals during the week.
UKPC Workshop
UKPC work in direct support to clients/surveyors, making them aware of the tools and technology available.
Electric Buggies
UKPC can provide electric buggies to patrol large scale sites, such as the Metrocentre. We propose that beyond regular patrols, that the golf buggies can be utilised to perform daily site reviews.
Anti-Clamping
We use hi-tech non-confrontational methods and are proud to say that we have never used clamping as a method of parking enforcement. The protection of freedom act received royal assent in 2012 which now makes it illegal to tow or clamp a vehicle on private land without statutory powers. Part of the act also gives private parking operators the ability to pursue the registered keeper for any unpaid parking charges if they do not identify who the driver was. The commencement date for this was the 1st of October 2012.
Park Mark Status
When working at large sites UKPC help to ensure that car parks are up to the park mark standard. We are currently working at 21 retail parks where we have successfully achieved the Park mark status for the site.
Marshalling
UKPC can provide additional staff to cover entrances and choke points to aid congestion and to help visitors in the car park at peak times, eg Christmas and Easter.
Recording ID Badges
UKPC Wardens face a range of risks and challenges whilst at work. We use a solution that is tailored for the risks they encounter.
Crime Deterrents
UKPC can support clients and assist in any crime prevention campaigns and support any training needs for our staff in relation to such campaigns.
Onsite Appeals Officer
For larger sites the provision of a dedicated onsite appeals officer has proven to have a number of benefits including having someone to be able to communicate with people directly, working closely with the wardens and any security personnel, responding to appeals and queries in a timely manner.
