Unscrupulous operators with untrained staff have given the parking management industry a bad reputation. We take pride in being different.

Our trained, uniformed staff are courteous and helpful. We don’t operate a clamping or towing service. We only issue parking charges when we believe they’re warranted, and gladly cancel them if we discover otherwise. For example, we automatically cancel tickets on cars that are registered with Motability.

Our mission is to set a benchmark for the industry to work towards, by providing a quality service that meets nationally and internationally recognised standards.

We’re approved by the British Parking Association, which encourages training and excellence within the parking industry. Many of the car parking facilities we manage have received Park Mark® Safer Parking Awards. And we’re accredited under the Safecontractor scheme, which guarantees that our staff will carry out their work in a safe way.

We’re also members of the Institute of Parking Professionals. In addition all our services conform to ISO 9001 quality standards.
