The parking enforcement industry has not been renowned for its professionalism or service levels. The activities of a few unscrupulous operators with untrained staff, sprinkling parking tickets like confetti, have frequently grabbed the headlines. This, of course, has tarnished the reputations of the industry and those customers who have looked to them for parking solutions. At UKPC our approach is designed to provide customers with a quality of service that meets nationally and internationally recognised standards. For example, we automatically cancel tickets on cars that are registered with Motability parking permits.

We are members of the British Parking Association which encourages training and excellence within the parking industry. We are also accredited under the National Britannia SAFEcontractor Scheme, which assesses the health and safety competence and track record of contractors. In addition we have ISO 9001 accreditation, the international benchmark for all standards relating to quality management.
