How much would it cost us to use your parking enforcement services?
Nothing at all! We provide parking enforcement services to our clients free of charge.
So how do you earn your money?
We do charge clients for some of our car park management services, like providing pay and display facilities and carrying out health and safety checks. In addition we generate income from parking charges notices (PCNs) paid. In some cases we can even offer you commission on this revenue.
How can I keep track of the commission we’ve accrued?
We’ll give you access to our website, WardenWeb, where you can monitor all the statistics of your parking operation, including PCNs paid and commission due.
Can we cancel parking charge notices that you’ve issued?
Yes. If we’ve ticketed a legitimate visitor in error, just let us know and we’ll cancel it immediately. You’re in total control at all times.
Who will provide the signs for our car park?
We’ll supply and install signage, clearly displaying our terms and conditions.
If we want to try out your services, what’s your minimum term contract?
Our contracts are usually for a minimum term of three months. However you can cancel within 30 days if you send us written notice.
Do you work for any large organisations?
Yes, we provide parking solutions for Tesco, ASDA, McDonalds, B&Q, Homebase, Legal & General and the Hilton Group as well as Royal Mail and the NHS. Read more about the clients we work for.
Are you recognised by any official bodies?
Yes, we’re approved by the British Parking Association and members of the Institute of Parking Professionals. We also belong to the National Britannia Safecontractor scheme and are ISO 9001 certified. Find out more about our accreditations.
Do your wardens wear a uniform and carry ID?
Yes. In line with the British Parking Association’s guidelines all our wardens wear UKPC branded uniforms and carry full identification.
Will my staff get ticketed?
No. We’ll provide you with UKPC branded parking permits to issue to your staff. We never give parking charge notices to vehicles displaying a valid permit.
What about our visitors?
We can either issue you with visitor permits or keep an up-dated list of visitors.
Are you covered by insurance?
Yes. We have public liability insurance worth £5,000,000 and employer’s liability insurance worth £10,000,000.
Is the data you hold safe?
Yes. We’re registered under the Data Protection Act.
Are you approved by the DVLA?
Yes, we’re approved by the DVLA and have a link to their database, which enables us to access details of the owners of offending vehicles.
If someone contacts you to appeal against a ticket you’ve issued, will you respond promptly?
Yes. We respond to all appeals within five working days.
Do you use an approved debt recovery agency?
Yes, we only work with reputable debt recovery agencies.
Can you provide references?
Yes. We can provide you with details of clients in your business sector who can vouch for us.
