Our Total Parking Management solution adds that extra dimension for those clients who have sites that are experiencing multiple parking problems. Our ANPR directly supports and monitors security of the site through the vehicles that come onto the site but also combines this with the personal support of a Warden Patrol.

Total Parking Management gives the client total flexibility of utilising modern technology for the needs of capturing vehicle information on arrival and departure, whilst at ground level the presence of the professional warden ensures that all vehicles that have entered the site are parking within the regulations. All our wardens are trained in areas such as customer service and conflict management complimenting the factor that our uniformed Wardens are readily visible which can provide a natural deterrent.

This solution effectively controls the issue of overstays whilst still being able to protect disabled bays and other areas from unauthorised parking.

As with all of our services, we will advise you as to how Total Parking Management could benefit your site and provide you with all the necessary equipment, signage, permits and of course Wardens.

A further unique aspect of Total Parking Management is that, subject to terms and conditions, UKPC would be able to provide you with a dedicated Appeals Officer who is based on the site and therefore at the front line to assist with any Customer Appeals either electronically or face to face.
