Warden Patrol Service
Our Warden Patrol Service (WPS) will provide you with uniformed wardens who will regularly patrol your car parking area. As parking management is often a contentious business, all our wardens have been trained to handle confrontation with tact and diplomacy. They are skilled in defusing situations and recognising special needs and circumstances. They have even been know to help client’s customer load their shopping!
We will provide all the necessary signage and have the capability to store staff and residents vehicle registration numbers which negates the need for vast numbers of permits. We can also give you the option to waive any PCN, just in case we inadvertently ticket a legitimate visitor.
Each warden is equipped with an iWARDEN hand held PDA device that offers real time ticketing with time stamped pictures of offending vehicles. Further detailed information about the exciting new iWARDEN application can be located in our Services tab of the website.
