Warden Patrol Service

Our Warden Patrol Service (WPS) will provide you with uniformed wardens, who will regularly patrol your car parking area.

They carry PDAs (handheld computers) that allow them to issue offenders with parking charge notices (PCNs) on the spot. All our wardens are trained to handle confrontations with courtesy and sensitivity. They’ve even been known to help clients’ customers load their shopping!

We’ll provide all the necessary signage and can supply you with permits for authorised users. We can also give you the option to waive any PCN, just in case we inadvertently ticket a legitimate visitor.

With the Warden Patrol Service we can sometimes offer you commission on any penalties paid.
