iTicket

This is a modern, simple solution to help you maintain and enhance the protection of your parking spaces.

It’s a free, simple to use app which operates on iPhone or Android devices.

iTicket is perfect for car park areas where any authorised parking is permitted and enables the registered app user to issue parking charges, via the app, to any vehicle that is breaking the parking regulations, as outlined on the signage.

In a few simple steps iTicket enables the authorised person to take photographs of a vehicle, which are then automatically uploaded to our system here at UKPC for us to process the parking charge.

iTicket removes the need to place a physical parking ticket on the vehicle’s windscreen, as we will send the parking charge by post to the vehicle’s registered keeper. You simply take the photographs and UKPC do the rest.

The app is designed to manage a range of parking contraventions, from permit parking for authorised users to managing disabled bays.

You can submit images of the unauthorised vehicle in 6 simple steps. From a photo of the entire vehicle and a photo of their permit if applicable, to the vehicle registration and car park signage, the app is easy to use and gives you complete control.

Next step

You will be emailed with your iTicket® login details and additional information. The app is available to download from the app store for iPhone users and Google Play for Andriod users.

You will need to register your email address and site locations after you have downloaded the app. Once we have received your registration, the team will be in touch to organise training on how the app works.

Plus if needed, you will be provided with your iPermit® login to manage any vehicle exemptions.
