Intelli-Park Announces Successful Management Buyout of Business backed by Palladian Investment Partners LLP

 

London, October 26th 2023 – Intelli-Park, a leading provider of parking technology and management services in the United Kingdom, today announces the successful management buyout of its business backed by Palladian Investment Partners LLP, which has acquired a majority stake in the business. The buy-out also includes a minority investment by Vecturis Equity GmbH, a German fund focused on mobility services, in a landmark transaction valued at over £120 million.
 

The sale represents a significant milestone in the growth and development of Intelli-Park and underlines management’s strong commitment to expanding its presence and technological offering across a wider network.

Intelli-Park will continue to be led by its existing management team, ensuring the company's operational continuity and commitment to delivering high-quality services to its customers. The business remains dedicated to maintaining its high standards of service, commitment to compliance, and its customer satisfaction as it moves forward alongside Palladian.
