UK Parking Control Ltd (UKPC), one of the UK’s leading car park management providers acquired Secure-A-Space Ltd, a localised parking control company, earlier this week.
As part of UKPC, Secure-A-Space clients can advance their sites using ANPR technology, and understand car park usage and motorist behaviour by utilising data and insights. This is technology and information they have never had access to before. Plus they will gain greater coverage of their car parks with UKPC’s well-known, professional and reliable Parking Operatives.

Secure-A-Space was founded in 2014 and specialises in parking operative based solutions across East Anglia, London and South Wales. With over 250 car parks, they operate in residential, retail and commercial sectors. They are also a member of the British Parking Association and are part of the Approved Operator Scheme.
This acquisition will enable the owners of Secure-A-Space to take a step back from managing the business but still be heavily involved with clients. The transition will take 6 months to bring Secure-A-Space clients under UKPC, but both organisations will ensure it is a smooth and easy period for everyone involved.
